We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.

Exchange

Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.

I guess people shop here a lot for bulbs and light parts. I agree with the reviewers that the dealer prices are just too high. I search and study Youtube and found out that it wasn't that hard to replace the ballast. I found HID concept through one of their Instagram posts and bought a pair of their OE-PART HID ballasts.

I wish someone told me that ballasts go bad. When one of the bulbs went out, I got a replacement from O'Reilly's, but the light still didn't work. After watching some Youtube and did switch the good bulb to the bad side and the bad to the good, I realized that the ballast went dead. I found HID concept by accident, but a good accident. The price for replacement ballast was way better than O'Reilly's Dorman ballast and the headlight works fine. I wish I got the bulb from here too. Much cheaper.

Mustang HID ballast

My 2013 Ford Mustang lights went out and when I went to the dealer, they said the ballast computer module was dead and needed a replacement. They quoted me a charge of $350, and I immediately smelled a rotten fish. I searched online, watched hours of Youtube and it didn't look too hard to replace the ballast. At least, not $ 350 hard. I saw the ballast on ebay/Amazon for a similar price as HID Concept but wanted to get it from a professional site instead of from some unknown seller. Excellent customer service! After I placed an order. I get an email from HID Concept request my car's information. They double-checked to make sure that I purchased the correct part. I don't know of any places, even the walk-in stores that would provide such a detailed service. Highly recommended place to get your car's lighting needs.

I have a small limo company with 4 Lincoln's and do a lot of night driving for an obvious reason. It's good to have found HID Concept, because, with all the heavy night driving, the bulbs and the ballasts go fast. I am not about to pay the dealer price every time that happens.
