The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake, in which case we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you used a promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
