Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

What D1s is the brightest??
Philips X-tremeVision Gen2 with up to 150% more brightness, woiuld be the brightest bulbs out there.

Will the fit 2013 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG w212 w HID D1S
D1S is the size designation for HID Xenon bulb. If you have the D1S headlight assembly, Philips D1S Ultinon 85410WX will fit.

I want bulbs that's pure white
In terms of color, we strictly go by the Kelvin rating. Two reasons, xenon gas discharged bulbs fluctuate with the color shift, so it is a bit hard to just say exactly what the "color" will be or is. The second reason is that couple of factors go into what the color temperature, or what the color with look like. 1) the performance of each vehicle, 2) the sensitivity of a person's eye.
Having said that, Philips Ultinon HID bulb with 6000K is one of the higher Kelvin rated HID xenon bulbs, thus it would produce a "whiter" color temperature than other lower Kelvin rated HID bulbs. Now, there is a bit of trade-off. The general rule is that the higher the Kelvin, the lower the Lumen (brightness) So if you compare this bulb to an OEM bulb with about 4300K, the brightness would be dimmer.

From Philips HID bulbs, Ultinon would have the bluest hue.
