HID CONCEPT ships worldwide using UPS, DHL, & USPS within 24-48 hours during the postal business days.
For our International customers:
Please be aware that your country may charge you customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on imported goods on certain products. We can not be responsible for any customs or duty taxes that your country’s government agency may charge on your merchandise. Please consult your local government import office with any questions.
A shipment returned back to us for either insufficient and/or undeliverable address will be issued a refund minus 15% restocking fee and appropriate shipping and handling fee.
Note: If the customer refuses the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the payment of all return shipping and handling fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be charged to the method of payment you used.
HIDCONCEPT.COM return duration is 60 days from the date of the original purchase. The restocking fee is flat 15% for unopened/uninstalled products. All returns must have a prior RMA # authorized by HIDCONCEPT.COM. Send an email to email@example.com with the order number and a brief description of the returning reason. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a reply with the RMA #. Follow the returning instruction in the replied email.
The refund process will take 2 to 3 business days, and it may take 2 to 6 days for the refund to appear in your original payment method (depending on your financial institution). The shipping fees are non-refundable.
The following categories are not eligible for return.
1) Products and/or the packages that are installed, damaged, altered, or modified
2) Philips and Osram products with a broken or tampered security seal sticker
3) Open Box Products and Special ordered products
