Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. I removed a 66140 bulb from my Mercedes and wondering if this would be the same color temp as mine.
Yes, they have the same OEM spec of 4300K 3200lm but there could be color difference between new and old bulb.
With that being said, we strongly recommend replacing both bulbs at the same time in order to get even lighting output and color. -

D3S (And same with D1S) HID Xenon bulbs have a built-in igniter base. The HID ballast controller is a separate unit that is typically located around the bottom or side of the headlight assembly.

Can I use this light for Ford F150 2014?
Yes, as long as your 2014 F150 came with HID light system from factory.
Make sure to replace both lights at the same timing in order to get even lighting output and color as HID lights do discolor and dims down over usage. -

If you have the HID Xenon headlight trim, D3S is the correct HID bulb size. That being said, the 2019 Kia Sportage also had the halogen headlight trim. If that is the case, the hapgen headlight size you need is 9005 HB3.

I have an 09 Lincoln mks. The previous model # ds3 66340 (osram xenarc) went out. It was a 4300 but id like something slightly brighter. Can u tell me what's compatible?
You can actually use any D3S type bulbs.
However, if you want something brighter (not necessarily whiter in color), you might wan to check out Philips X-tremeVision D3S bulbs featuring 4800K color and up to 150% more brightness (more like 60% more in reality).
