Exchange

have a 14 S4 with Osram CBI bulbs. How is the output of the CBB compared to the CBI bulbs? I expect the color to be more towards blue, but I'm just concerned if it will affect overall visibility too much. Any comparisons on the D3S bulbs between these two? Thanks!

Color has slight blueish hue but it's not extremely blue.
There are some comparison tests done by other vendors to confirm that there is no loss in brihtness compared to CBI.

Osram Cool Blue Boost

Osram Cool blue boost D3S has to be the best color HID bulb I have ever had. Not LED white, but has a really nice white color.

Great upgrade, nice color

Strong color but not really 7000 Kelvin. More like 5,500, may be a bit higher, but after about 3 months the color turned more snow white. I called and talked to Mike at HID CONCEPT, and he explained a thing called, color shift where the xenon gas, as it burns out, goes whiter and whiter as it ages. Pretty cook stuff that I did't know.

My 2016 Land Rover Discovery came with yellowish HID bulbs and I didn't really like it. My mech recommended Osram Cool blue boost. I got them changed last week and it looks fantastic. Much better color

Great color! Very similar to newer LED bulb output color wise but from a HID bulb! Also, this is such a good company to buy from. One of my bulbs wasn't working so I sent it in and they tested it then sent it back. It is working again. Highly recommend purchasing from these guys!

2017 GMC Yukon

My bulbs for 2017 Yukon died on me less than 2 years into it. Replaced with Osram Cool Blue Boost. Wha a color! I love it.

Wasn't sure what to expect based on what I had read on the Web. I wanted more light on the road in my 17 Yukon Denali as the factory Osram bulbs were lacking in my opinion. Found this site and decided to order from them as they had great reviews and the best prices I could find. They arrived quickly and I installed them with little difficulty. So far in dry nighttime conditions I have been pleased with the results. They are brighter and they seem to cast farther down the road. The color is nice, more pure white than I had anticipated which I prefer. Interested to see how they are in inclimate weather. Thanks hidconcepts! PS they did pass the Osram authenticity test.

Great bulbs with perfect color tone

I almost ordered it from other vendor at higher price but found these guys. I confirmed that it's genuine and lights are just what I expected; not BLUE BLUE but beautiful white with slight hint of blue effect on my 2013 VW CC.

Exactly what I wanted

AS former CBI user, I think these have better color and brightness that I was looking for. Good!

After watching several videos and reviews on HID D3S bulbs I decided to with Osram. Many of those videos warned the consumer of possible fakes and counterfeits sold online. With that in mind I decided to take a gamble and go with the Osram CoolBlue 70000 through HID Concepts. After a week they arrived and I was excited to stall them. After installation to say I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED would be an understatement. They were nowhere close to the brightness and performance advertised. Which led me to believe that this website sells counterfeit products. After $200 spent on a product that did not come close to meeting expectations, it’s a lesson learned to take my business elsewhere.
