Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Does these work for dual high and low? E350 2011 cabrio
D1S is the correct HID bulb for a 2011 Mercedes-Benz E350 equipped with factory HID headlights.
High and low beam functions are controlled by the headlight assembly, not the bulb. This system is known as Bi-Xenon. When the high beams are activated, an internal solenoid within the headlight assembly adjusts the beam pattern to produce the high beam.

Do these bulbs function as both low and high beam?
In some vehicles, there is a set of units called, "Bi-Xenon" headlights. These headlights use one set (2 bulbs) of HID bulbs for both high and low beams. When the high beam is turned on, the solenoid moves and a camera shuttle-like mechanism opens up to the full, high beam position. In conclusion, it is not the bulb's function, but the headlight assembly.
