Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. have a 14 S4 with Osram CBI bulbs. How is the output of the CBB compared to the CBI bulbs? I expect the color to be more towards blue, but I'm just concerned if it will affect overall visibility too much. Any comparisons on the D3S bulbs between these two? Thanks!
Color has slight blueish hue but it's not extremely blue.
There are some comparison tests done by other vendors to confirm that there is no loss in brihtness compared to CBI. -
