Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Can it fit my 2010 Mercedes GL 350 ?? Also can you ship it to India ?
If your 2010 Mercedes-Benz GL350 came with the factory-installed HID Xenon headlights, D1S is the correct size and DAMA D1S will fit. That same year, GL350 also had the halogen headlight models. If that is the case, you need H7 halogen bulbs and D1S will not work.
We do ship to India, but we highly suggest upgrading your shipping method and avoid USPS.

As long as your Saab 9-3 has factory equipped HID system, these are compatible.

My dealer told me that I need Philips D1S for my 2010 BMW. Can I use DAMA D1S instead? The price seems pretty decent.
If your BMW has D1S HID bulb, you can use any D1S bulbs. D1S is a size designation. Our DAMA is very affordable because it is our own brand, made in our factory.
