OE-PART: Best Alternative to the OEM HID Ballasts
OE-PART, Panasonic (28474-89904) (Also called, Matsushita Gen. 5) ballasts are a perfect replacement ballast for the original equipment on many Nissan and Infiniti cars and SUVs (And, some Subaru models) that come with factory HID headlights.
This replacement ballast is manufactured to meet the specifications of the OEM ballasts. This is not OEM. However, the fitment and functions are as same as the OEM with the benefit of a lower price.
Unfortunate circumstances where you need to replace the headlight ballast, and eventually you will need to, this replacement ballast meets or exceed OE specifications and is a direct replacement for the factory parts. On top of its excellent quality, you will save so much more money than going to the dealers where they can charge you as high as $ 500 or more!
At HID Concept, we always recommend replacing the bulbs in pairs. With that in mind, you may consider replacing the ballast in pairs as well. When one ballast goes bad, it is more likely that the other ballast will soon not function properly.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.
