Installation Information
Installing the IPF H3 HBC-12100 S-Series Halogen Bulbs is a quick, 100% plug-and-play process requiring no wire cutting or special tools. To begin, turn off your vehicle's ignition, switch off your lighting controls, and allow the light housing to cool completely. Access the rear of the H3 lamp assembly, unhook the retaining spring clip, and carefully extract the stock halogen bulb.
Insert the new IPF HBC-12100 bulb into the housing socket, secure it with the metal spring clip, and connect the attached single wire lead directly to your vehicle's factory wiring harness. Ensure all ground contacts are clean and tight before testing illumination. To prevent premature bulb failure, do not touch the quartz glass envelope with bare fingers during installation.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.
