Installation Information & Wiring Guide
Installing the USB 3.0 charger port is a simple 2-wire electrical connection:
- Safety First: Disconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal before starting any electrical installation.
- Remove Blank Cover: Pop out the desired dashboard switch blank plug (22.8mm x 22.5mm) using a plastic trim tool.
- Connect Power Lead: Connect the power leads by wiring the red wire (+) to a 12V ACC switched positive source—such as the cigarette lighter power circuit or a fuse box add-a-fuse—so the charger powers on automatically with the vehicle ignition, and attach the black wire (-) to a clean metal chassis ground point or existing ground wire.
- Mount Charger: Route the 3ft wire harness through the dash slot and push the USB charger into the opening until it snaps flush into place.
- Test: Reconnect the battery, turn the ignition key to ACC/ON, verify the LED light turns on, and plug in a USB device to confirm fast charging.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.
