Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund

What is the difference between 85415XV2C1 and 85415XV2S1?
They are both the same bulbs but in different packaging style.
'C1' stands for Carton of 1 bulb.
'S1' stands for Soft pack of 1 bulb, which usually is a Blister packaging. -
Will they fit in my 2012 BMW X5 5.0??
Yes, these are the correct bulbs for yoru 2012 BMW X5 as long as your X5 came with HID light system from factory.

These Philips X-tremeVision Gen2 bulbs are rated at 4800K color that is slightly whiter than standard 4300K OEM bulbs.
Keep in mind that all HID bulbs do discolor to become bluer/whiter over usage, which means that if your bulb is very old, your old bulb may be whiter than XV bulbs.
However, the main key feature of XV bulb is up to 150% more brightness (in reality usually about 60 - 70% more brightness). -

Is the Philips 85415XV2 brighter than the Osram 66140cbi-55k and which one has the longer lifespan?
As far as the brightness (Lumen) is concerned Philips Xtreme Vision HID bulbs are technically "brighter" than Osram 66140CBI-55K.
The lifespan is another matter. Both bulbs would have an average lifespan of 2000 hrs or so, but this all depends on several factors, including continuous usage hrs., the performance of HID ballast, and environmental factors.

"D1S" is the HID Xenon bulb size designation, so any "D1S" will fit.
