Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Are these a good fit for my 2013 Buick Lacrosse HYBRID 2.4 L I-4? This car is equipped with the HID Uplevel headlamp assembly.
This is equivalent to the OEM bulbs that comes with 2013 Buick LaCrosses equipped with D1S HID Headlights.

I have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The original sticker says it is equipped with “bi xenon” headlights. Are these replacements the correct HID bulbs?
"Bi-Xenon" is the headlight assembly function. The headlights use one set of HID bulbs (In your case, D1S), and the when you turn on your high beam, the enclosed shuttle opens up to the high beam position.

Will this fit 2012 kia optima hybrid? The number on the bad bulb is 011927.
011927 could be just a batch number. That number is different on all the bulbs. Given that you are looking at the HID bulb, we will assume that you have the HID headlight trim on your 2012 Kia Optima. (Same year also has halogen headlight trim)
D1S is the correct HID bulb size you need for your vehicle.
