Osram D1S 66140 OEM Original HID Xenon Headlight Bulb from Bulk Tray | Pack of 1

These worked great for a 2006 BMW 330i. Bought one first, installed it ourselves and works like a charm. Dealership was trying to charge about $300 per headlight plus installation. So we ended up buying the second bulb and replacing it once we realized we could do the first one.

Easy to install

I own a 2005 Saab 9-5. My headlights turned dim orange and started to flicker. I tried the cheapest bulbs on the web first. Total waste of my money and time! The bulb only lasted 5 minutes! I spent $244.20 at the repair shop for this part I could have bought here for $50 or so. At least now I know for the next time I need a bulb replaced.

I just needed 1 replacement bulb. Osram seemed to be a good German brand so I went with it and HID Concept had the best price.

I was going back and forth in between Philips D2S and this Osram D2S. Called HID Concept and asked their opinion and decided to get a pair of these Osram D2S HID bulbs. (My old factory bulbs were Philips) Not bad at all. I really cannot tell the difference to the Philips HID bulbs. Osram was a bit cheaper, so that's a plus.

This place seems to have the BEST & lowest price on all bulbs. Well, this made me worry about authenticity since I read on candlelightforum that there are many counterfeits. I bought it anyways and it was actually real thing. I found that there are many ways to spot fake one vs real ones. I checked list of all what-to-check-for and confirmed it's the real thing but at fraction of cost compared to what advanced auto parts sells for. I will order another bulb since my other side is failing, too.

I bought one bulb from Autozone for $100. Shortly after other side went out. I couldn't pay another $100 for a bulb and I started doing search and this site popped up. The price seemed very suspicious; 1/2 the price of what I paid. As many GTI owners ordered from this company with positive experience, I ordered one. Shipping was fast and I compared two bulbs (one from Autozone and one from hidconcepts). They was no single spot I could find any difference. I also opened bottom cap and compared internal components. No difference whatsoever. BTW, I have engineering background.

I got a set of these bad boys, and it is totally awesome! The roads near my area is always dark and have no street lights, but having installed my car with these Osram D1S, I can see miles away. I googled several other sites, but HID Concept had the best price. Oh, and free shipping's not bad at all.

Genuine D1S bulb for my 2006 Audi adaptive bi-xenon. Price is very reasonable. For being cautious, I bought one first instead of a pair. Great factory OEM 4300K color spectrum and brightness. Now I'm ordering another one to replace the other side.

One of bulbs on my 2006 VW Touareg turned to pinkish color and finally died on me. I went to VW dealer and they quoted me $170 + labor. I started searching for alternative solution and found this site. At first, I wasn't sure if it was real stuff but I gave it a shot. I ordered at around 9 am PST and it was shipped later that day and I received it in just 3 days, which was not bad at all. I checked it very thoroughly with my big eyes. I was able to confirm that it was original bulb at about 1/4 the dealer price.

I had to e-mail back and forth with Osram a couple times to finally verify that these were in fact genuine parts, but they finally confirmed. Good price, fast shipping and exactly the part I needed = happy customer.

Perfect delivery as mentioned in the website. The light is little bit yellow, which HID concept staff warned me before but it's acceptable

These Head light bulbs are brighter - easy to install - and half the price my local Volvo Dealer wanted not including installation. I'd do this again for sure.

The bulb is exactly what I expected and same as my original one. I saved about $100 over dealer's price.

After using other brands that burned out in less 3 months. That's when I realized You get what you pay for. the Osram's, made in Germany are the way to go. Mine went into my Passat Much brighter than OEM. I just ordered another pair for my Range Rover.

Product is exactly as stated. Put in my 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 Bluetech. It's a tedious job, but the DIY route saved me about $350. Get these
