Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

I have a 2010 BMW X5m and I had Osram xenarc 66145 installed. One burned out and looking to replace it yet I do not find any to replace. Let me know if they moved to another model code. Thanks, Jake
Osram uses different sequences on model#'s although they are the same spec 4300K, 23200lm OEM bulbs.
In other words, 66145 and 66144 have the same spec.
However, unless your 66145 bulb was installed very recently, we strongly suggest replacing both bulbs at the same time because all HID lights do discolor to become bluer/whiter over usage, meaning your old bulb may be whiter/bluer look compared to brand new bulb.
With that being said, going for these CBI bulbs would be a good option to go for. -

Can i know what are the differences between them ? (1) D1S - Osram HID Cool Blue Intense +20% 6000K 66140CBI Bulbs (2) D1S - Osram HID Cool Blue Hyper 6000K 66140CBH Bulbs
66140CBI provides up to 6000K color temp, which initially starts at between 5000K - 5500K range and will get to 6000K after break-in term.
It also provide up to 20% more brightness compared to stock standard.
66140CBH provides 6000K out of box, which is very popular in color but its light output is actually dimmer than standard OEM bulb. -
Is this compatible with a 2012 Kia Optima SX turbo

I have a 2012 Mercedes Benz GL350, diesel. The low beam bulbs are xenon OSRAM 66140 D1S 35 w. What can you suggest as a replacement? I want more light for more and better road illumination and to be compatible with my car.
Keep in mind that while better bulbs make a difference, they aren't the only factor. Your light output also depends on two other things:
The Ballasts: As the ballasts in your GL350 age, they can lose efficiency and struggle to provide the consistent power needed to ignite and run the bulbs at full brightness.
Headlight Housing: If your lens covers are cloudy or the internal reflectors are burnt/dull, even the best bulbs will struggle to push light onto the road.
If your current setup feels dim, new Osram bulbs are the best place to start, but if the improvement isn't dramatic, it might be time to check the condition of your assemblies.
