Application and Placement of 7440 Bulbs
7440 bulbs are commonly used in various positions on a vehicle, including turn signal lights, reverse lights, and brake lights. Their versatility makes these 7440 LED bulbs essential for ensuring road safety and compliance with automotive lighting standards.
- 7440 White Bulbs: The 6000K white light emitted by the DAMA LED bulbs is ideal for use as reverse lights and daytime running lights (DRLs). The bright white light enhances visibility when reversing, making it easier to see obstacles and navigate in low-light conditions. Additionally, as daytime running lights, the white 7440 bulbs provide a clear, attention-grabbing light that improves the vehicle's visibility to other drivers during the day.
- 7440 Amber Bulbs: The 2600K amber light option is perfect for turn signal lights and side marker lights. The distinctive amber color is universally recognized and used to indicate turning intentions, ensuring clear communication with other road users and enhancing overall driving safety. Amber 7440 bulbs are also suitable for front and rear indicator lights, providing a consistent and highly visible signal when turning or changing lanes.
Benefits of CANbus Technology
The built-in resistor of CANbus technology in the DAMA White Amber 7440 LED Bulbs offers several significant benefits:
