Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Is the color white? I only want white, no blue or yellow.
The Osram D1S 66140CLC HID bulb has a color temperature of 4300K, which may appear with a slight yellow tint when first installed.
By nature, the xenon gas inside HID bulbs shifts to a whiter color as it ages. Toward the end of its lifespan, the light output typically turns bluer before the bulb fails.

Do these bulbs work as high and low beams?
High and low beam functions are determined by the headlight assembly, not the bulbs themselves.
Some vehicles are equipped with Bi-Xenon headlight assemblies, which use a single set of HID bulbs for both low and high beams. When the high beams are activated, a solenoid inside the headlight assembly moves a shutter, allowing more light to project forward and creating the high beam pattern.

Will these work with projector style headlights
"S" in D1S is for the projector headlights. However, D-series HID Xenon bulbs are size-specific. Meaning, it would only fit and work in the vehicle that has the factory-equipped D1S headlight trim.
