Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

hello, I want to buy bulbs for my lexus, I would like to know the difference between philips ultinon 42402wxx2 and philips x treme vision 42402xv2c1, which I recommend I see that the 6000k is whiter, thanks
42402WXX2 is 6000K bulbs with beautiful white color w/ slight blueish hue. Brightness actually decreases compared to standard OEM.
42402XV2C is 4800K color that is slightly whiter compared to OEM standard. Its main key feature is more brightness by up to 150%. -

If you are asking what difference is there between D2S and D4S, it's different size/application bulbs.
