Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Is this compatible with a 2018 dodge Durango rt?
2018 Dodge Durango RT equipped with HID headlights uses the size D3S.
Although this wire harness looks similar, what you need is the D3S wire harnesses (Link below)

Will it work on a 2011 Ford Taurus SHO?
This is for the D1 application. 2011 Ford Taurus with HID xenon headlight size is D3S so you will need the D3 wire harness. (Link below)

Can I use the D1S D1R D1C OEM HID Ballast Wire Harness Cable Adapter Sockets (PACK OF 2) for a 2013 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL?
Not at all. This wire harness is not for 2013 Nissan Altima.
2013 Nissan Altima equipped with HID xenon low beam size is D2S and uses the HID ballast like the one below (Click the link)

Typically, the ignitor is attached to the D2 application HID xenon ballast, so if you have a working HID xenon ballast and is in need of the ignitor, the below link is it.

Will this work for a 2015 mustang
This wire harness is for the D1 application. The low beam size for the 2015 Ford Mustang is D3S, so you would need to order the wire harness in the below link.

Is this wire harness compatible with Lincoln MKT 2014
Although the wire harness looks and works with the same ballast, this is not the one you need. 2014 Lincoln MKT equipped with HID xenon headlight size is D3S. The below is the link to our D3S wire harness.

Correct. You need to get the wire harnesses for D3S. Looks the same, but the knotch is different. (Link below)
