Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

However, you can use any D3S bulbs as long as your 2017 GT came with D3S HID light system from factory. -

Will these fit/work in my 2016 Jeep Cherokee? (Regular Cherokee, not the "Grand")
D3S is the correct size for the 2016 Jeep Cherokee equipped with HID Xenon headlights. 2016 trim also had the halogen headlights. If so, 9005 (HB3) is the correct halogen size.

It is our policy not to talk negatively about our competitors. After all, we are all here to make a living.
Having said that, quality brands like Philips or Osram have known to have a very low defective rate compare to other brands. It is one of the reasons why 95% or higher automakers choose Philips and Osram products for their lighting needs.

No LED light color would perfectly match to HID due to different lighting technologies being used.

Will this fit 2020 camaro zl1
Unfortunately, the 2020 Chevy Camaro's bulb fitment guide is not updated by the manufacturer yet.
However, if your 2020 Camaro uses a D3S HID Xenon bulb, this D3S bulb will fit. D3S is the bulb size designation.

I have Cool Blue Boost. Which is high kelvin? CBB or Ultinon? I dont like CBB colour its yellowish.
CBB is labeeled as 'UP TO' 7000K but it actually starts at 6000K.
Ultinon is at 6000K.
We do not specify color as white, yellow, blue, etc... as we all have different color standards but instead we use kelvin rating.

What is the lux rating for the Ultinon and the white vision?
Our test shows as follows
Philips White Vision: 5188 Lumen, 434 Lux(Low) 758 (high) 4850 Kelvin Philips Ultinon: 3775 Lumen, 323 Lux(Low) 613 Lux(High) 5750 Kelvin
These are gas discharged bulbs, so each bulb would have some degree of difference (Depends on the bulb and the condition of the HID ballast controller) -

Is this a bi-xenon or dual beam bulb or just a low beam?
Bi-Xenon is the headlight assembly function. Bi-Xenon headlights use one set of bulbs (Two bulbs) for both high and low beams. When you turn on the high beam, a camera shutter-like opens up to make the low beam into the full high beam setting.
