That is one of the reasons why Philips introduced the COA label in the Philips HID Xenon bulb package. COA stands for "Certification of Authenticity." It is a Philips consumer packaging that comes with either a hologram or QR code label that directs the user to the Philips website to verify the authenticity of the Philips D3S HID Xenon bulb.

Return
We will accept return for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to 20% restocking fee without exception. Customer would be responsible for return shipping unless reason for return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you used promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

will this bulb fit my 2015 Chev. Impala LTZ
D3S is the correct size for the 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ equipped with HID Xenon headlights. 2015 Impala also had halogen headlight trim, and if that is the case the halogen size is 9012.

That would depend on your headlight trim level.
If you have the HID headlights, D3S is the correct size. However, the 2014 Impala also has halogen headlights, and the halogen headlight size you need is 9012.
