I have original HID bulbs and ballasts on my 2001 M3. Will these work or do I need any other materials?
D2S is the correct size for 2001 BMW M3 equipped with HID xenon headlight assembly. This and any other D2S bulb will work.
when running these bulbs with a 45 watt ballast , I was told these output a more white light compared to the CBB's is that true ?
We strongly suggest NOT to use anything above 35W that these bulbs are supposed to take.
It would simply burn out bulb at much faster pace and may result in harming your wiring harness and other components of headlamp due to excessive amount of heat.
