If you want slightly better color than stock with some visibility enhancement, CBI would be good.
If your primary goal is to get significantly better color, CBB would be recommended.

CBH is for more for color.
CBI is for slightly better color and slightly more brightness.
CBB is for significant bettercolor and slightly more brightness although it's not advertised to be brighter according to Osram's spec sheet.
Is this bulb both regular xenon and bixenon?
D1S bulbs do not have bi-xenon function on the bulbs but it's part of your headlamp housing that makes bi-xenon.
