Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Would it fit my car? Other sites say this same piece does but your site does not list my year/make. Would likes to be sure before I purchase. Thank you in advance!
OE-PART HID ballast is the copied version of Denso Koito DDLT-003, and it'd work for the 2009 Lexus IS250 equipped with HID Xenon headlight trim.

Hi, is this designed to run D2 or D4 bulbs? Apparently there's a difference due to the chemical composition of the bulbs (D4 no longer has mercury in them)
DDL-003 HID ballast is for the factory built D4 HID Headlight assembly only.
D3 and D4 size HID bulbs are made without the mercury. That is, and was, made that way from the beginning.

the 2009 prius ballast is d4 with d4r bulb AC45V, the pictures shows it works for d2 r/s and d4 r/s. d2s bulbs are AC85V which came on 2004-2005 prius. is this the right part for a 09?
Yes. This is a copied version of the original Denso HID ballast used for the 2009 Toyota Prius that meets or exceeds the original ballast.
