The tint is a tiny bit green, which I find cool but others may not like. But otherwise they are very nice and bright and shine for a long distance. They also appear much more LED like than the bulbs I had before

Best xenon bulbs

I tried few different hid bulbs for my BMW over the years, but Philips xtreme vision D1S is the best bright bulbs. I am very happy with the bulbs.

Outstanding Light Output

These are definitely brighter than the stock OEM D1S HID for a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid EX. Hopefully these last for 3 years or longer.

2015 Kia Optima headlight bulb

I got a bit carried away and got a set of Philips Xtreme Vision D1S for my Optima, but then getting it was worth it. The color is about the same or so, but headlight seems brighter than the original bulbs that came with the car.

Philips Xtreme Vision D1S

Installed Philips Xtreme Vision for my '15 Mercedes GL550. Unlike some people, the color is not that important to me, the brightness is. Xtreme Vision has the right amount of brightness for my taste. Very good product. (Ah, and the price was the best from all other places I searched. HID Concept had the best price)

2017 Grand Cherokee

The bulbs in my '17 Jeep Grand Cherokee is still working but wanted to get something that has better brightness. After reading some blogs and forums, I got Philips Xtreme Vision D1S and definitely got the improvement that I wanted!

Good Product, Good Seller

I purchased these from HID Concepts, first off they have the best price! Second they answered all the questions I had and had zero problems explaining me options for a failing OEM OSRAM Bulb. I went ahead and purchased these for my Wife's Mercedes GL450 as viability is the most desired option besides colors etc. They went right in and powered up with zero errors and codes. The shipping of the bulbs was flawless in a great box with great packaging to prevent damage! In addition, the bulbs are authentic and and had all the proper scratch off codes and verifiable! In a market filled by fake bulbs, HID Concepts is definitely the best place to purchase the best products at the best price! Light output was increased over the 6 year old bulbs in about 5 minutes! Best part 3 year warranty on these!

Great bulbs for the money. There are alternative options as low as $20 per set on amazon.com but when it comes to car stuffs, you do get what you pay for. My old set of bulbs; $20 set from amazon burned out my wiring and ballast.

Easy to install

I used to goto the dealer and had them instal the bulbs until a friend of mine told me about HID Concept. It is significantly cheaper than the dealers, and wasn't that hard to install.

Great stuff and fast shipping

These bulbs are definitely brighter than stock I had although its color was not quite what I was expecting. Price was even far less than what BMW dealer wanted for standard stock bulbs. I got my bulbs delivered in just 2 days.

Significantly better

These XV bulbs actually do give significantly more light than the stock with whiter color.

Is the Philips 85415XV2 brighter than the Osram 66140cbi-55k and which one has the longer lifespan?

As far as the brightness (Lumen) is concerned Philips Xtreme Vision HID bulbs are technically "brighter" than Osram 66140CBI-55K. The lifespan is another matter. Both bulbs would have an average lifespan of 2000 hrs or so, but this all depends on several factors, including continuous usage hrs., the performance of HID ballast, and environmental factors.FOr any other questions, please write to info@hidconcept.com

What's the difference between these (85415XV2C1) and the 85415XV2S1?

They're the same bulbs. In fact, the Pacific market Philips Xtreme Vision have red packaging. Inside, the bulb base has the exact same information with different batch numbers.
