What is "COA?"
Unless you purchase Philips HID bulbs from an authorized reseller such as HID Concept, identifying genuine versus counterfeit products can be difficult. To help consumers verify authenticity, Philips introduced the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) security label on its HID Xenon bulb packaging. Depending on the packaging version, the COA may include a hologram, security code, or QR code that can be used through Philips’ verification system to help confirm that the Philips HID Xenon bulb is a genuine Philips product.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

I have an Infiniti QX56 (2008) and for the first time, I am having to replace the Xenon bulb. It has become more of a daunting task than I anticipated and I would like to have a professional's opinion, do I go all out and buy the Nissan/ Infiniti bulb for $$$$ or take my chance with this Phillips 85126C1 bulb and just pay for the expensive install? If I were to get another 8-9 years out of manufacturer bulb I could maybe justify the price: however, I could not afford to replace both at the same time even though only one is currently burnt out. I am just concerned that the aftermarket bulb will fall short of my expectations and will still cost $150 to replace. Please advise. Thank you, Zarah

For 2001 Lexus IS300, you would need D2R for the low beam, and 9005 (Halogen) for the high beam. HB3 / 9005
