DAMA 50W H11 Error Decoder Cancellers are essential components when upgrading a vehicle's headlights or fog lights from halogen to LED bulbs, particularly in vehicles with complex electrical systems. They address common issues that arise from the difference in power draw between traditional halogen bulbs and more efficient LED bulbs.

How they are used: When an LED bulb is installed in a vehicle originally designed for halogen bulbs, the vehicle's onboard computer (CANbus system) may detect a lower power draw from the LED, interpreting it as a "bulb out" error. This can trigger warning lights on the dashboard (like a "check engine" or "bulb out" indicator) or cause the LED lights to flicker, flash, or not turn on at all.

These H11 error cancellers act as a bridge or a load resistor. They simulate the power draw of the original halogen bulb, thereby tricking the vehicle's computer into recognizing the LED bulb as a legitimate light source. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.

We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.

Exchange

Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.

Refund

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.
