Installation Information

Installing the DAMA 9005 HB3 Customizable Color LED bulbs is a fast, 100% plug-and-play process requiring no wire slicing or housing modifications.

To install, ensure your vehicle ignition is turned off and the light switch is set to the OFF position, allowing stock halogen bulbs to cool down completely. Before inserting the bulb, apply your chosen color filter sleeve smoothly onto the glass capsule if you desire a 3,000K yellow or custom tint. Access the rear high-beam or fog light socket behind the headlight housing assembly. Turn the stock halogen bulb counter-clockwise to release it from the locking tabs, then unplug the factory wiring harness connector. Insert the DAMA 9005 LED bulb into the collar, twist clockwise until securely seated, and connect the factory plug to the LED harness. Turn on the lights to test functionality; if the bulb does not illuminate, rotate the connector 180 degrees to align polarity. Once verified, secure any wiring and test all beam modes.

Note: Depending on the vehicle may trigger an error message and/or a hyperflash. In case this happens, please install a CANbus to eliminate the error.
