What is "COA?"
Unless you purchase the Philips HID bulb from an authorized reseller like HID Concept, it is difficult to authenticate the real vs. fake. That is one of the reasons why Philips introduced the COA label in the Philips HID Xenon bulb package. COA stands for "Certification of Authenticity." It is a Philips consumer packaging that comes with either a hologram or QR code label that directs the user to the Philips website to verify the authenticity of the Philips D4R HID Xenon bulb.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Does this bulb fit an 08 Prius?
Yes, only if your Toyota Prius came with HID light system from factory (some people don't know if they have halogen or HID light).

Is it work for Toyota Avalon 2008?
D4R is the correct size for 2008 Toyota Avalon equipped with HID headlight assembly. That year, Toyota had halogen and HID headlights. If it is halogen bulbs, the correct size is H11

This lightbulb is for both regular and high beam? It will work in a 2007 Prius? Ty.
If your 2007 Toyota has HID headlight trim, D4R is the correct size. Your headlight assembly is "Bi-Xenon" headlights. Bi-Xenon headlights uses one set (2 bulbs) of HID bulbs for both high and low beam. It is a function of the headlights.
