Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.

Do I need a wire harness that will cancel out errors to install lights? I have a 2009 Audi A4
Cancellation wire or CANbus only applies to LED bulb installation. D3S is the correct size for the 2009 Audi A4 equipped with factory HID Xenon headlight assembly. In short, any D3S size will fit. One other note is that the same year/model had halogen headlights as well. If this is the case, then D3S HID Xenon bulbs will not work for that trim.

Bi-Xenon is a headlight asembly type and does not apply to the bulbs. In short, if you have the bi-xenon headlight assembly, the headlight uses a set of bulbs for both high and low beam. It is a function of the headlight.

What kelvin rating do these have? is it more yellow or more white?
