Installation Information
Installing the Philips 36mm 6418ULWX1 Ultinon Festoon LED bulb is a quick, 100% plug-and-play process requiring basic trim tools or a flathead screwdriver.
Ensure the vehicle's ignition is turned off and the interior light switch is turned OFF to allow old factory bulbs to cool. Gently pry off the plastic lens cover covering the dome, map, trunk, or license plate light housing using a plastic trim tool. Carefully pop the existing 36mm halogen/incandescent festoon bulb out of its metal spring clips. Insert the double-ended Philips Ultinon LED bulb into the clips until securely seated. Test the light; if it does not illuminate immediately, remove the bulb, rotate it 180 degrees to align proper polarity, and snap it back into place. Re-attach the clear lens cover to finish the installation.

Return
We will accept returns for a refund or exchange on products in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. All returns without an exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. The customer would be responsible for return shipping unless the reason for the return was our mistake which we will send you the pre-paid shipping label for. Your original shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount if you use the promotional free shipping code. All refunds must be issued back to the original payment method. We will NOT be able to process your return if your RMA number is not included with your product. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the return upon receipt.
We reserve the right to deny/ refuse the return if your return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Exchange
Product may be exchanged if they are in NEW/ unopened condition with the UNOPENED original package within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse unless exchange is required by our mistake which we will cover all the shipping costs. You will not be able to re-use any promotional free shipping code if you have already used them on your original purchase.
Refund
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned product. We will not issue the refund if your returned product does not meet the criteria we have stated on our return policy. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee unless you are returning your product for an exchange.
