Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Your delivery address

Withdrawal Deadline

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received your goods. If you submit your withdrawal request before this period expires, your right of withdrawal is preserved.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

Please send back the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
