Do these support high beams and low beams? The description does not indicate.
That actually depends on your vehicle, and not so much on the bulbs. Some vehicles have HID headlight assembly called, 'Bi-Xenon" or dual beams in some instances. Basically, the headlights would use one set of HID bulbs (two bulbs) for both the high and low beams. When high beams are turned on, the function in the assembly triggers a shuttle-like mechanism that would make the low beam setting into the high beam setting.
