Our HIDConcept.com products are covered by a one-year limited time warranty against the manufacturer defects. During the warranty period, any new defective xenon bulbs, ballasts, and kits will be replaced at no cost. This excludes used items, we may offer from time to time.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
This includes problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, wrong parts purchased, and etc...
All items must be 100% same condition as how you received them with no damage on both products and boxes.
