After doing some search through numerous web forums, I found out that PHILIPS makes the top quality HID kits and HID CONCEPT appeared to have the best pricing than others. The packaging was not fancy at all but what's in the box, exceeded my expectation. Now, I don't know how I drove w/o HID light in the past."
