Here's his comments. "I wanted to put xenon lights on fogs like many other car enthusiasts out there, but I did not want to waste money on some cheap quality HID kit. After asking multiple questions at HID Concept, I decided to give a shot on German made Philips kit. I am very satisfied with this investment. The color of the ligths is not some cheap looking blue lights and the lighting output is very good."
