This is a brand new Matsushita known as Panasonic OEM HID replacement ballast. Matsushita ballast is commonly used on High-end luxury vehicles, such as Acura, Infiniti, Nissan, and etc... as OEM factory HID part.
This ballast is made to be used with an aftermarket HID bulb with 2 pig tails. If you need a good OEM Quality ballast that you can use with your aftermarket HID bulb, this will be a good choice.
